Shipping


How long will it take for me to receive my product?

It will take 3-10 days once it’s shipped out of our facility, depending on where you are located.


How do you ship your products?

We partner with FedEx and USPS to ship our products.


How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE Shipping for all products.
Nonetheless, in the event of returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for the shipping fees.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the lower 48 states in the US.
If you have any inquiries for shipment outside of the lower 48 states, please contact us at support@lyyl.us.


How do I track my shipment?

We will provide a tracking number to your account (guest account) on our website once we have shipped the products out of our facility.


Payments


What kind of payments do you accept?

You can pay using Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Union Pay credit cards, or via PayPal.
Our partnership with Eximbay ensures secure and seamless payment processing.


Do you offer payment plans?

Currently, we do not provide payment plans.
However, we are actively working on implementing a payment plans service.


Where do I input my Discount Code?

To apply a discount code, you need to create an account on our website and log in before the checkout process.
Once logged in, you will find a dedicated field where you can enter your discount code to enjoy the savings on your purchase.


Return Policy


What is your return policy?

We accept returns without a restocking fee if we are notified within 7 days of the delivery.
However, if you wish to return the product after this period, a restocking fee of 10% will apply.
To initiate a return, please contact support@lyyl.us.

Please ensure that you meet all the following requirements for a successful return:

1. The product must be packed in its original packaging and be in brand new condition.
We cannot accept returns without the original packaging.

2. You are responsible for the return shipment charges and any transaction fees.
Once you are ready to ship the product in its original packaging, we will provide a return label.

3. Upon receiving the package at our facility, we will inspect the product and packaging.
Please note that any damage that occurs during the return shipment may disqualify the item from being eligible for a return. Once we confirm that all items and packaging meet the requirements, we will process a refund to the original payment method, deducting the return shipping and credit card transaction fees.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for the cancellation or refund to be reflected in your account.
Depending on the billing date, it may take 1-2 months to appear on your billing statement.
In the case of a partial refund, the difference will be charged to your credit card, and the original transaction will be canceled for the purpose of the refund.
The canceled transaction will be listed on the following month's billing statement, or you can contact your issuing bank for more details.
Additionally, please be aware that there is a possibility of product or packaging damage during the return shipment, which may disqualify the item from meeting the return requirements.


Who pays for the shipping if I return my package?

Customers will be responsible for all return and exchange shipping fees, unless it is a return or exchange due to manufacturing defects.


Can I cancel my order if it hasn't shipped yet?

Yes, you can cancel your order with minimal fees(transcation fees) if it has not been processed for shipping at our facility.
However, if you notify us about the cancellation after the shipment has been processed, a restocking fee of 10% will apply.

Are there any color options available other than Black and White?

We strive for simplicity. Our product line is exclusively available in two timeless colors: Black and White.


What is the weight capacity of the Keyboard Tray?

The Keyboard Tray featured on our workstations is capable of holding up to 55lbs.

Absolutely! We have provided an Assembly Instruction video for your convenience.


Do you offer customization on your products?

Currently, we do not offer customization for our products.
Our focus is on providing high-quality desks at affordable prices.
By manufacturing standardized products, we can keep costs low and ensure consistent quality across our range.

However, we do offer modular components that can enhance the setup of our desks.
Our Speaker Stands, Cable Tray, and the soon-to-be-released Rack Mount option provide flexibility in configuring your workspace according to your needs.
These modular accessories are designed to seamlessly integrate with our desks, offering additional functionality while maintaining the overall product quality.


Warranty


Is there a warranty for the products?

Yes, we provide a 6-month manufacturer's warranty for all our products.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects.
However, please note that the warranty does not extend coverage to damages caused by improper handling, accidental wear and tear, or scratches, whether intentional or unintentional, made by the customer.
In the event of damages during shipping, we will initiate a claim with the shipping provider to compensate the customer. This process requires a photo to verify the package's condition upon arrival.
Depending on the circumstances, replacement parts may be shipped to the customer, with shipping fees covered by the customer.
